Body Rejuvenation (Massage)

Body Rejuvenation is a full-body massage. Hands and steady pressure work through tight muscles and tension, improve circulation and leave you feeling restored, at whatever pressure suits you that day. I use it for the tightness that builds up in ordinary weeks, and it pairs beautifully with any contouring treatment.

Body Wrap

A body wrap is a compress-and-firming treatment. The body is wrapped in a firming formula, which compresses and tightens the look of the skin while you rest, and leaves skin feeling soft. I use it for a smoother, more toned look, most often on the stomach, arms and legs.

Cavitation
Cavitation, also called ultrasonic cavitation, is a noninvasive body-contouring treatment that uses low-frequency ultrasound energy to target fat beneath the skin. The sound waves create pressure within the fat cells, and the body then processes and clears what is released. No needles, no incisions, no downtime. I use it on the areas where fat sits stubbornly — the stomach, thighs, arms and back.

RF Skin Tightening
Radiofrequency (RF) Skin Tightening is a non-surgical body-contouring treatment that uses controlled heat energy to help tighten loose skin, improve firmness, and stimulate collagen production.

Lipo Laser
Lipo Laser, also called Laser Lipolysis or Laser Body Contouring, is a noninvasive body-sculpting treatment that uses low-level laser light to help reduce the appearance of localized fat and improve body contours without surgery.

Vibration Machine
The vibration machine is a platform that vibrates gently while you stand on it, usually for a short set of minutes at the start or end of a visit. It is low effort and easy to talk over while it runs. It is used inside a session rather than booked on its own, and there is nothing to recover from.

Lymphatic Drainage, also called Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), is a gentle, specialized massage technique designed to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body’s lymphatic system. It may help reduce certain types of swelling, fluid retention, and discomfort.

Post-surgical lymphatic drainage is the same gentle manual technique, done more carefully and at a slower pace, for clients who are recovering from a procedure. No needles, no incisions
Nothing goes into your skin. Cavitation works through low-frequency ultrasound, RF skin tightening through radiofrequency energy, Lipo Laser through low-level laser light, and red light therapy through specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light. The needleless fat-dissolve is exactly that — the solution is delivered with a pressure-powered device instead of a needle.

No downtime, no recovery
There is no anesthesia, no stitches and nothing to heal from. You have your session, you get up, and you carry on with your afternoon — back to work, back to the school run, back to your life.
